Q. Why should I create an account?

A: Although much of the site is open to guest visitors, there are areas that will be accessible only to registered users.

Q. I have registered for an account but have not received my welcome email. What should I do?

A: If you do have problems registering a new account at Earthnetworks.tv, please check your spam filter. Turn off your spam filter and use the 'Forgot password' function to get your password sent by email. If you still have problems, clear your cookie cache and try again.

Submitting articles or news:

Q. I write articles relating to environmental and other earth-related issues. Can I have them published on earthnetworks.tv?

A: You most certainly can as long as you are willing to settle for a hearty thanks and a credit mention! Email your articles, news stories, etc to info@earthnetworks.tv for consideration. Remember to include your name, contact email, organization name (if any) and the category that best suits your subject matter (e.g. "ecology", "animal welfare").

Q. I try to submit my stories/news via the Submit News link after logging in but I receive a "You are not authorized to view this resource". Why does this happen?

A: That link is for pre-approved writers or organizations only. If you would like to submit articles on a regular basis, please email info@earthnetworks.tv with your request. Please remember to include the name and the username you used during registration. If approved, we will enable your account to allow submissions.
